  Sending Pictures to Inmates

  I know the following states have this picture limit (as I verified with the mail room at a location in each state listed).
  Ohio--3
  Indiana--25 -but the inmate can have no more than 25 pics in his/her posession at any one time, so ok to send up to 25,
