No business is allowed in the ad. No other web site addresses or e-mail address may be listed. No names other than the inmate's may be used. No other persons' photo is allowed. Only the inmate may be featured in the photo. In group photos all other persons will be cropped out. Prison Voice will not post ANY ads from inmates who send photos pretending to be someone else. Inmate identities can be verified through their facility's website. If it is discovered that an inmate has provided a picture of someone other than him/herself, his/her ad will be removed from our site and no refund given. NO refunds are given at any time for any reason. We are NOT responsible for misplaced, lost or misdirected mail or contents of mail. While we will try our best, prisoninmates.org, LLC CANNOT guarantee that any inmate will receive mail as results vary from inmate to inmate, however prisoninmates.org does offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If a member does not receive at least 1 letter or pen pal during the course of their membership, prisoninmates.org will extend their ad membership for the length of their original ad membership up to 1 year.
